Amarpreet is a driven creative professional with a passion for solving challenges through her honed communication, management and leadership skills. She focuses on proactively creating and championing a collaborative team environment to provide successful and coherent results with her authentic and resilient nature. She is an empowering and optimistic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to tackle new projects strategically and tactically, translating ideas to solutions while demonstrating business insight.

Amarpreet works as the Marketing Lead with the Creative Destruction Lab, a seed-stage entrepreneurship program for massively scalable, science- and technology-driven startups at six locations in Canada and Europe. Amarpreet has also worked with over 250 entrepreneurs in a fast-paced and dynamic technology incubator, providing marketing and business development support through her project management and problem-solving skills.

Amarpreet has an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Rotman School of Management and is a graduate of the Master of Biotechnology program from the University of Toronto's Institute of Management and Innovation. She also completed her Honours Bachelor Science from University of Toronto, with a specialization in Molecular Biology and a minor in Biomedical Communications and Chemistry.

Amarpreet owns and manages her own freelance business, Penta Helix Studio, where she provides on website development, graphic design, social media marketing, photography and videography services. Amarpreet Kaur also practices real estate as a Broker at Royal LePage United Realty. 

Amarpreet is an avid professional photographer and loves the outdoors; she enjoys focusing on the little details and seeing the world from behind her camera lens. Her work has received numerous features (from the CN Tower, Lifetime Developments,, U of T Magazine, Niagara Parks and more). She has also been published in the Canadian Geographic magazine.
